These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Custom Bags website and your purchase of custom packaging, apparel, and related products and services from Custom Bags. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms in full.
All prices shown on the site or provided through our quotation form are estimates until confirmed in a written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order becomes binding once you approve the final quote and artwork proof and we confirm acceptance.
Every custom order includes a digital proof for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully — including spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout. Once you approve a proof, we are not liable for errors contained in it.
Because of differences between screen displays and physical printing (CMYK, PMS, and digital offset processes), printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Minor variations in color, material texture, and finish are normal in commercial printing and are not considered defects.
As is standard in the industry, production quantities may vary by up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity. We will invoice only for the quantity produced.
Standard turnaround is 6–8 working days from final artwork approval and payment, plus transit time. Turnaround estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or shortages within 5 business days.
Because every product is custom made to your specifications, orders cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind. If your order arrives defective or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 10 business days with photos and we will reprint or refund the affected quantity.
We keep it simple: we collect what we need to make and ship your order, and we don’t sell your personal information.
When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order specifications, and any artwork files you upload.
We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and ship orders, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We share information only with service providers needed to fulfill your order (payment processors, carriers) and never sell it to third parties.
